DURA-SLAT
Dura-Slat poultry slats are the best option when compared to wood and wire slats in poultry breeder houses. We offer 4′ and 5′ sizes that provide multiple options to fit your slat needs and reduce cost.
This flooring is made from high impact, wear resistant polypropylene plastic. It is rot / corrosion proof, will outlast wood slats and can cut cleaning time in half. DURA-SLAT features a nonporous, smooth surface with 1.1″ X 1.1″ openings that resist microorganism build-up and shed waste easily.
Our solid plastic construction reduces foot pad problems, leg problems, and breast blisters experienced with wood slats. It has been proven that eggs laid on square openings, regardless of surface area, were significantly cleaner than eggs laid on wooden slats. The primary contamination of hatching eggs is caused by contact with dirty sources. Eggs laid on plastic have less surface microorganisms than those laid on wood slats.
DURA-PAD
DURA-PAD is made out of high-grade virgin polyethylene to ensure superior wear resistance and longevity. The rounded tops contribute to the hens comfort, help ensure a safe egg roll off and stop feathers from clinging to the shell. DURA-PAD is designed with holes in the center of each cluster of blades and slotted openings between the clusters to create more open area than any other pad. The increased open space provides better dirt and manure filtration creating a cleaner environment, and the larger open area also makes Dura-Pad easier to clean.
DURA-RAMP
DURA-RAMP is made out of high-impact virgin polypropylene material providing superior impact and wear resistance. The hinge area is reinforced to prevent cracking or breaking. Our solid plastic construction is rot/corrosion proof, resists microorganism build-up, and sheds waste easily. DURA-RAMP will not splinter, thereby reducing footpad problems experienced with wood ramps. Unlike wood ramps, our non-porous smooth surface accumulates no debris or litter resulting in cleaner ramps and nest pads. The DURA-RAMP will easily outlast wood ramps.
DURA-GRO
The DURA-GRO Chick Feeder is the premier feeder for transitioning chicks to an automated pan. Our oval design allows for larger space between pans while our round model makes it easier to maintain consistent feed level. Each feeder will accommodate up to 100 birds. The feeders are recommended for chicks from day 1 though day 12, when birds reach the size that allows feeding from the automated pans.
The DURA-GRO Chick Feeder is specifically designed to reduce feed waste and contamination by preventing the chicks from entering the feeder. Test results for hopper style feeders show up to 14% higher final live weight. We manufacture the feeders from a virgin high-density polyethylene plastic, providing superior impact and wear resistance. Our Storage System makes DURA-GRO Chick Feeders the easiest to store and maintain versus other chick feeders in the market.
DURA-BOX
DURA-BOX Poultry Chick Boxes nest, stack, and are compatible with most other chick boxes. More open areas provides better ventilation, while added plastic in critical areas reduces breakage. DURA-BOX is manufactured from high-grade virgin polyethylene material providing superior impact and wear resistance. State-of-the-art manufacturing provides our chick boxes at a better price.
BIO-PRUF ANTI-MICROBIAL PROTECTION
Laboratory tests of Salmonella, E.Coli, Staph and Pneumonia cultures demonstrated a clear difference between untreated samples and those treated with BIO-PRUF Anti-Microbial Protection, which inhibited the growth of bacteria.

DURA-FLAT Poultry Egg Flats are easy to handle and provide maximum protection against breakage and contamination. High-impact virgin plastic material is used to create a product with superior impact and wear resistance, along with improved rigidity.
Manufactured with additional plastic in critical areas to prevent breakage, DURA-FLAT offers a design that is lighter weight with improved stackability. The DURA-FLAT 84 count Hatchery Transport Flat is the efficient way to safely transport eggs long distances.
Designed to be compatible with Jamesway’s SST System and help you double your egg capacity per truck compared to traditional farm rack. We manufacture 36, 42, & 84 egg flats designed to work with Jamesway Incubators as well as other models. We also manufacture a 54 & 165 egg flat designed to work with Chick Master Incubators. Made from high-grade virgin polyethylene material, DURA-TRAY Poultry Hatch Trays provide superior impact, wear resistance, along with improved rigidity. Added plastic in critical areas helps prevent breakage. DURA-TRAY is specially designed to be lighter weight and offer improved stackability. Diamond shaped openings in the bottom are 15% larger than leading competitor for improved cleanability. DURA-TRAY Poultry Hatch Trays are designed to work with Jamesway & Chick Master hatchers as well as other models. All models will cycle through Inovo equipment.

Made from high-impact plastic, the DURAPLAS Egg Transport System provides superior impact and wear resistance. DURAPLAS’ smooth non-porous surface is easy to clean and fast drying, minimizing risk of contamination.
The three-part interlocking system can be customized to meet your needs, securely carrying up to 12,960 eggs per pallet. Each system is constructed of a Pallet Base, up to five Dividers and nesting stacks of 30-Cell Egg Trays.
